　京都市下京区仏光寺通西洞院西入ル木賊山町の山。世阿弥の謡曲「木賊」から着想され、木賊刈りの老翁が別れた愛児を思いながら舞う場面を表現している。等身大の老翁像は足台に元禄５年（1692）の墨書があり、右手にかま、左手に木賊を持つ。

This yama features a scene from one of Zeami's Noh chants, "Tokusa", or a kind of scouring rush. The figure in this float is an old man who came to cut mares' tails. He is dancing in memory of his beloved child who was kidnapped a long time before. The life-size figure of an old man holds a sickle in his right hand and a bunch of mares' tails in his left hand. The year 1692 is written on the base of the figure in Chinese ink.
